Everyone wants some Chili's!

Looking for great grilled food and drinks? Then look no more, for Chili's Grill & Bar Restaurant is the place to go! As an avid lover of western food myself, I absolutely recommend Chili's for a great dining experience.

First thing to note before going there is that the place will be relatively packed with people, so do expect some waiting time. Chili's, unlike most casual dining outlets do not allow advanced reservations, so you’ll have no choice but to wait for your turn or go there during non-peak hours. Unfortunately, my family and I decided to have dinner there last Friday. The line was long as usual and it took about 20-25 minutes before we were seated.

Just a word of advice, when you order at Chili’s ,you’ll be better off ordering the meals and sharing them with your friends or family as the portions are large. Order an appetizer, a main course, dessert and share them, that way you’ll get to taste a variety of their meals. We made a mistake by ordering individual orders and ended up forcing ourselves to finish it.

Before I start with the food, let me tell you about the drinks. Chili’s is known to have many types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The best part of it would be the Bottomless drinks that cost only RM8.95, you can order a drink of your choice and have as many refills as you want. Fancy alcoholic drinks? Chili's serves a variety of alcoholic drinks ranging from margaritas, cocktails and good ol' beer. My dad ordered a Classic Mojito while my mum had a Bottomless grape Fanta. I decided to have a pint of Heineken beer since it was a weekend anyways.

Classic Mojito for only RM20.95! It contains Bacardi Rum, Monin Mojito Syrup, lime juice and fresh mint leaves topped with Sprite! A drink that would leave a strong aftertaste, I personally wouldn't recommend it though!

If you don't want anything too fancy, then a good old beer can't go wrong for just RM 13.50!

Moving on to food,we ordered a Triple Dipper as our appetizer. My dad ordered a Grilled Salmon with Garlic & Herbs while my mum settled for Fish and Chips and I had their Lamb Shoulder. We also had this amazing dessert, the Molten Chocolate Cake!

Triple Dipper (RM29.95) as our appetizer. A combo of 3 different appetizers, Chicken Crispers, Wings over Buffalo and Southwestern Eggrolls with 3 different sauces for dipping! It comes in portions for four. 

Grilled Salmon w/ Garlic & Herbs for only RM 39.95! Salmon served with seasonal veges and garlic rice! The fish was fresh and tasty but unfortunately was a little bit cold when the dish arrived.

Fish & Chips for only RM25.95. However, the fish & chips there were tasted ordinary if compared to any other fish & chips out there.

If you go to Chili's and not order something grilled, what would be the point then? The Lamb Shoulder is a must try for RM30.95!The lamb was grilled almost perfectly and with the mash potatoes, garlic bread and vegetables sure gave me a hard time to finish them all!

The Chocolate Molten Cake for only RM19.50! A very sweet dessert but would definitely leave you wanting for more!

Another thing about Chili's is that the service there is great! The table next door were celebrating a boy's birthday and they prepared a brownie for the boy and the staff sang and clap a birthday song to the birthday boy! This makes me want to celebrate my birthday here!

All things considered, my visit to Chili's this time was a great dining experience. The bill came up to RM206 which was slightly expensive for 3 people but it was worth it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone as this place is great place to dine with friends, have drinks at the bar or even have a date here!
