Chill, eat & hang out in Ben's @ Pavilion

Looking for a quiet yet cozy place to dine? I would strongly recommend Ben’s in Pavilion, a restaurant that serves food with a combination of eastern and western style. My friend and I were the first to walk into Ben’s in Pavilion at eleven in the morning. Waiters and waitresses in their white formal shirt along with their blue tie greeted us as one of them usher us to our seats.
Ben’s offer a total of three different environments for your luxurious dining experience. First is home environment, each table was set up between a long sofa complete with four pillows and two comfortable tan arm chairs.

Conducive environment for diners to dine at all time

Second is the open air section. In this section, diners are allowed to smoke as it is open air. Besides that, this section is free from noise disruption as Ben’s is located six floors from the ground.

With the height, diners are also able to get a spectacular view of one of the busiest streets in Kuala Lumpur especially at night. Third one would be the normal typical restaurant setting, where four arm chairs surround a square table. However, a hanging dim orange light is placed right on top the table, creating a restful atmosphere.

One thing special about Ben’s is their menu, a menu with only words and description about the food is so unconvincing yet it creates an anxiety for diners to know how the food actually look like without knowing the actual image of the food. But, trust me every food served in Ben’s are with quality.
Menu with a specific description of every single dish.

The first dish that I strongly recommend is their Beef Lasagne, made up of layers of pasta, minced beef Bolognese, and cheese served along with salad to balance up the diet of the meal. The minced beef Bolognese is well cooked –tender. A note of symphony in your mouth after every bite piques your craving for it.

The next dish is for diners who favour pies. The Chunky Chicken Mushroom Pie is a must to try. The pie is served along with button mushroom, grill chicken and creamy sauce. The outer layer of the pie is so crispy it crumbles with every cut and bite.  The sauce flows out, warming your taste buds, making it even delicious.

Taking the Ben’s chocolate cake is never regret as a dessert; the chocolate cake is served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a thick layer of melt chocolate is lay on the top of the cake, making it irresistible for everyone.

Overall, it is a restaurant worth visiting or even patrolling. It is a comfortable dining place with contemporary yet vintage interior, offering food from both Asian and western cuisine. It gives delectable senses to your sight and tongue. Having a glass of crisp red or white wine while savouring the scrumptious food, it is the sprinkles to a sundae. To sum up the whole with a word –precise enough –splendid.
